Introduction
New homes and investment in Heather
Bellway Homes is bringing forward proposals for up to 115 new homes in Heather. The plans will help to meet growing housing need across North West Leicestershire, while also delivering new footpaths and high-quality green space for the community to enjoy.
The plans may also include investment in key local infrastructure, including roads, schools, and healthcare provision via Section 106 contributions. This will help to ensure that any impacts from the proposals on the local area are properly managed.
Before submitting an application for the site, we want to hear from the local community to understand their views and priorities. This will help to ensure development reflects local aspirations and delivers the homes people want to see.
